Back Pain is often the result of having too little water in your body. Your vertebrae are separated by discs, which are really little water-filled shock absorbers. When your body runs low on water, these discs lose their shock absorbing capability and back pain results.
Hypertension, or high blood pressure, can occur even with slightly diminished blood volume. Since the blood is 83% water, even a small decrease can results in insufficient blood supply. To compensate for this diminished blood supply, your body starts to close off capillaries in its outlying tissues. This in turn causes a rise in tension in the circulatory system in the rest of the body. Hypertension results.

The truth is very far from that!
Bottled water is often little more than tap water that has been put in a bottle with a fancy label slapped on it.

In March of 1999, the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) released a report called “Bottled Water, Pure Drink or Pure Hype?” In this report, the NRDC states that 60% to 70% of all bottled water is exempt from federal regulations of any kind because it’s not transported across state lines!
Here are a few quotes from the NRDC report:
City tap water can have no confirmed e-coli or fecal coliform bacteria. FDA bottled water rules include no such prohibition…
There is no federal filtration or disinfection requirements for bottled water…
Bottles water companies do not have to test their water for Cryptosporidium or Giardia, two common water pathogens that cause diarrhea and other intestinal problems.
The Natural Resources Defense Council concluded:

In other words, bottled water is no safer than tap water!
What’s the Solution?
Since municipalities are not properly filtering tap water and bottled water is no better, you need to filter your own water as it comes out of the tap!

Reverse Osmosis
Reverse osmosis was originally developed to separate sea salt from sea water. You do this by passing the water through a membrane. Reverse osmosis does in fact filter out impurities–it also filters out everything else! We evolved to drink pure water with trace minerals in it. We need minerals like calcium and magnesium in order to be healthy. Unfortunately, reverse osmosis strips these minerals from water along with the impurities. Reverse osmosis is also very inefficient.
Carbon Filters
